Alkera Food Hygiene was established in January 1999. The business provides Food Safety consultancy and training services to food businesses, welfare organisations and community groups. Alkera Food Hygiene is located in Ballarat in regional Victoria, Australia.

Leigh is a graduate Food Technologist with a professional background in food research, food industry (microbiology) and tertiary/further education. She is a fully trained Food Safety Auditor and certified with RABQSA International Inc. Leigh understands the food safety needs of food businesses and has valuable experience in food safety issues and training.
